leads. By participating in a
detailed project simulation, each consultant has the opportunity to
actually practice various essential consulting skills including client
interviewing, team collaboration, meeting facilitation, presentation, and
many others.
Team Leadership
The Team Leadership course facilitates the
transition from a consultant to a team leader. The course contains a realistic project case scenario with
detailed character profiles. By
working through hands-on activities related to the scenario, inexperienced
team leads practice using their new skills, tools, and techniques before
they are required to use them on the job.
This enables the new team leads to draw from their experiences so as
to be more efficient and effective in the real world.
Project Leadership
The Project Leadership course is designed to
transform your team leads into project leaders who can successfully lead
and manage projects, build customer relationships, and lead and mentor your
consulting personnel. The course helps managers transition from leading one
